Why I am unable to reply to customers reviews?

I am unable to reply to customer's reviews on Facebook. Any information as of why we have the option but every time I want to post, I am unable to.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. 

  • Hi A, I have found that if I am unable to reply to a review via SOCi, the review has either deleted or blocked by my page. But if you're still having trouble my go-to would be to email support@meetsoci.com for further assistance.
